1 1/2 cups quick cook oatmeal
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Whisk together the oats, eggs, yogurt, peanut butter and cinnamon in a bowl. Add water as needed to help make the dough workable, but the dough should be dry and stiff. Roll the dough into a 1/4 inch circle and cut in any shape you chose.
Bake in preheated oven until hard, about 30 minutes.
Nick loves them. I guess you could use a bit of salt, but I don’t want Nick to have salt. Fit for human consumption.
